  BEWARE!!!! This guy is a total scam! Paid him sixty bucks to smog a company car which failed. No problem, not his fault. Totally understand, so I thought. He gave me a price of almost five hundred dollars to repair the car which I thought was odd because his business says "test only". I figured I would take it to the dealer to have the repairs done, then take it back to have the car smoged again.
  
  I explained my situation to the dealer, and after checking the car they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car, and they would send the car out to have the smog done at a different location for me. Guess what??? It passed with no repairs done! Valley Smog "TEST ONLY" is a joke! Stay clear of this scammer!!!!!!
